From the top, copy the path from the address bar.
Paste it on the notepad and count the character including the spaces. (For example: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Sample Company Files\QuickBooks 2018\Sample_company_file.qbw is 125 characters.)
Retry the company file restoration.
